I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Bariloche, but the room left much to be desired. While the female staff members were pleasant, the overall hotel experience was disappointing due to outdated facilities and a very basic breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort during your stay.

The location of the hotel is truly excellent, right in the center of Bariloche, which was a big plus for us. However, the rooms left much to be desired as they were very basic and in need of updates. The breakfast was lackluster with limited options. Although the staff was pleasant, I was disappointed that we had to figure out our own transportation instead of receiving assistance. If you can spend a bit more, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
